Payment:
We happily accept all forms of payment in US funds through PayPal.
Contacts:
If you email us, and you do not get a response, it is because either your email did not reach us or because emails are bouncing back to us.
Special Order:
We no longer special order items.
Problems:
Occasionally problems do arise and we ask that you please let us know if there is a problem with your order. If we make a mistake with your order, we will replace it with the same item at no charge to you.
Partial Refunds:
We do not issue partial refunds for any reason.
Returns / Exchanges:
Any returns MUST be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of item in re-sellable, unworn, undamaged condition with all original packaging. There is absolutely no exceptions to this. If you wait beyond the 7 day period, no refund or exchange will be considered. We will not accept postage due returns. Shipping is nonrefundable.
*Due to NC Health Regulations, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.*
We will not under any circumstances tolerate email and/or telephone abuse or harrassment from anyone.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to us and all information we obtain is held in strict confidence. We will never sell or share your personal information including email addresses to anyone unless required by law to do so.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.

Shipping:
Shipping can take up 7 - 10 business days depending on volume of orders received. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I am only one person and I work to get out orders as fast as I can.
United States shipping (this includes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):
USPS Priority Mail is $6.50.
USPS Express Mail starts at $20.99.
Every package includes delivery confirmation at no additional cost.
International shipping:
USPS Priority Mail International is $12.99 for Canadian destinations, and $14.99 for all other international destinations. We absolutely do not ship to Africa or Nigeria. Telephone numbers are required for customs forms. Any taxes or duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We will not under any circumstances falsify customs forms.
Note about shipping:
First Class Mail takes 5 to 7 business days beginning with the day following shipment. Priority Mail takes one or two days less than First Class Mail. But remember neither method is guaranteed. The only guaranteed method of shipping is USPS Express Mail.
Lost or damaged packages:
We take full responsibility when it comes to our packages. Please let us know in any case of damage or loss (due to non-delivery), we will gladly send a replacement. *Please note, delivery confirmation is included on every package we ship. If the package shows as delivered, we will not be able to replace your package, as we can not be held responsible for mail stolen from mailboxes.* Please keep in mind that while we do guarantee our shipments, packages are not considered lost by USPS until 15 business days after shipment.
